ABOUT
division 30 south suns

THE DIVISION
Division 30 South was formed in the year 1996 when Angela Oh from Loara High School became our first Lt. Governor after the Division 30 split into North and South. Since the very beginning, our divisional mascot has always been the Sun where we shine while serving our communities. It has been 21 years since we became a division and we have continued to shine, grow, and learn, as we keep the power of the Sun alive.
We are proud and honored to have the 14 schools that make up Division 30 South: Anaheim, Cypress, Fairmont, Katella, Kennedy, Loara, Los Alamitos, Magnolia, Oxford, Rosary, Savanna, Servite, Western, and Whitney. Majority of our schools are centralized within the city of Anaheim, but we also have clubs within neighboring cities like Cypress, La Palma, Cerritos, and Los Alamitos. It is wonderful that our schools are located close together within a community filled with service events!
Our division is also sponsored by only 3 Kiwanis clubs: Cypress, La Palma, and Greater Anaheim. This creates a familiar environment for Kiwanians and Key Club officers to communicate effectively in order to help this division thrive. In the end, all 13 schools of Division 30 South have contributed so much to uphold a tradition of excellence for service and spirit.
Service, Unity, and Dedication. Division 30 South Suns truly know how to shine!
The history of the Suns
Division 30 South is apart of Region 3, informally known as the Rainbow Region, along with six other divisions. Each division's color is a different color of the rainbow, thus the name Rainbow Region. The current Lieutenant Governors of Region 3 are Josephine Pham from 4E Goldfish, Christine Dang from 4N Otters, Vinh Nguyen from 4W Dragons, our very own, Vivian Bui from 30S Suns, Victoria Chau from 30N Rhinos, Olivia Dinh from 41N Froggies, and last but not least, Ryan Dunn from 41S Lions. You could connect with key clubbers from other regions through region events such as Beach Boomba and RTC! Region 3 isn't the only region in California, in fact Region 3 is apart of the Cali-Nev-Ha District. Scroll down to learn more about the district we are apart of!

A World Wide Club
Division 30 South is apart of Region 3 and the Cali-Nev-Ha (CNH) District. What does Cali-Nev-Ha stand for? This represents the three states in the District: California, Nevada, Hawaii. It's crazy to think that you are connected to someone from another state through Key Club! You could meet a Nevadan or Hawaiian Key Clubber at Fall Rally or District Convention which brings members from all three states together at one location, so try to make a new friend at these events because it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Key Club isn't limited to just these few states, it's worldwide! Key Club exists in Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominica, Ecuador, England, Germany, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Malaysia, Martinique, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Panama, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, St. Lucia, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates, and United States of America. We all work together and serve with the same purpose.
